Making a Return

IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU’RE 100% COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR JOJO ELECTRO MERCHANDISE.
We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Sorry, but we cannot accept anything that has been washed or damaged.
To send an item back to us, please alert us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) that you’d like to make an exchange or receive a refund. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as JOJO ELECTRO cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Most people exchange product with us due to the fact that their teeshirt, tank top, hooded sweatshirt, etc. doesn’t fit exactly the way they’d like it to. We support the concept of 100% satisfaction and want to make sure every customer worldwide is perfectly content. So, you have up to 30 days to exchange your garment or product.
